Anniversaries 2025

They have a distinctly BRISTOL focus . . .

150-years since 9 August 1875, when George White & partners started Bristol Tramways. The first public transport in the city. It would lead to bus chassis manufacture in the twentieth century.

100-years since 11 February 1925, when Greyhound Motors of Bristol started the first daily, long-distance express coach service with scheduled stops on-route.

60-years since September 1965, when RED & WHITE bought their first BRISTOL RE’s. Eleven RELL / ECW buses, registered: GAX 1C to 11C.
